RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies for a period of 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must remain intact. Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or odor are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law:

• Auction items

• Items designated as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

• Customized or personalized items

• Promotional or limited-edition items, where specified on the product page

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Requests must be submitted via customerservice@reunited.digital before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return authorization requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Refunds

Approved returns are processed after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment provider and generally require 7–14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases involving defective or incorrect items.

Applicable taxes and duties are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received after confirmation, customers should contact their financial institution. Additional inquiries may be directed to customerservice@reunited.digital.

Exchanges

Exchanges are issued only for items received in defective or damaged condition. Requests must be submitted to customerservice@reunited.digital.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from a defective or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Use of trackable shipping services is recommended.

Auction Sales

All auction transactions are final. Once an auction concludes and payment is completed, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted, except where required by applicable law.

Policy Updates

This policy is subject to modification in accordance with applicable laws. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
